British Brown grew up in a large, active family in the Pacific Northwest. She was a varsity athlete, traveled extensively while studying in Paris, and graduated from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. British’s corporate career includes years spent with Microsoft, Pro Sports Club, and most recently, with the Laird Norton Company as Manager of Communications.

Throughout her life, British has been in love with food, crediting her mother’s passion for cooking and baking as her matchmaker. She was raised on an appreciation for healthy, seasonal choices but often struggled with consistency when her demanding schedule took priority or if temptation loomed. Intuitively curious about the human body, British began to closer examine her relationship with food. In 2010, a friend introduced British and her fiancé, Joe, to onvo. Both experienced a true “aha” moment after completing the onvo program. So much so for British, she decided it was time to better align her professional path with her personal interests.

Leveraging her strong background in marketing and project management with an enthusiasm to help others, British joined onvo to manage communications and workplace solutions. Having begun her career with one of the nation’s largest employers to most recently working at a small family- office, British has experienced a large range of similarities and differences in how companies support employees. British works with employers to provide onvo-based solutions in the workplace that are proven to improve employee health long-term, while encouraging a balance between corporate and personal responsibilities.
